As you know, we have been continuing our local and International E-Design/Online interior design business for 1 year. We have added another innovation to our Interior Design business and we are really excited to share this newest work with you.
WHY VIRTUAL DESIGN?
**Statistics posted by the National Association of Realtors indicate that; at least 90% of buyers use the Internet to search for a home. Most of these buyers opt for homes that are listed with well laid-out photographs of the rooms, as they can get a better “feel” of the living spaces. Listings without photographs are often overlooked, but properties always get noticed the moment a good 3-D virtually staged visuals are added. We make sure that the images you added are realistic, as poorly rendered images do more harm than good!
**Especially in the Hi-Rise condos, these stagings can be a bit problematic, to carry staging items to upper floors, to get permission and comply with management /HOA rules etc. There may be items that the customer does not like, prolonging the process. By virtual design we have shortened these stages for you and we can do this application online.
